QISD ACE Etiquette Class Serves Up Success to our Senior Citizens!

This is our opportunity to show our Seniors how much we appreciate their support for our community and schools.  Our guests were greeted by some Butler students and the beautiful sounds of flute and sax quartets and show choir.  FFA posted the colors and led the audience in the pledge of allegiance followed by the FHS Show Choir singing the National Anthem.  Pastor Terry gave the invocation and breakfast was served by some of our ACE students from FHS.  Students from Cannon, Butler, and Thompson provided entertainment.  Guests enjoyed a video that honored both the rich past and present of Quinlan ISD.  Mr. Blake Cooper, Executive Director of Friends of Texas Public Schools, spoke about the importance to the community of strong public schools.  We are so pleased that so many seniors took the time to come and enjoy breakfast with us.

Many thanks to everyone who worked so hard to make the Breakfast a success:  The ACE Etiquette Class, FFA; QISD Marketing, Food Service, Maintenance, School and Community Relations, Family and Community Engagement, Technology, and Fine Arts Departments.
