Complete State-Required Opt-In Permissions Are you receiving daily reminders to complete the new state-required opt-in permissions for each child in ParentSquare? Completing the permission form for each child takes less than a minute or two of your time. Your consent to provide nursing and counseling services to your child and to allow your child to participate in school-sponsored clubs and organizations, as required by the new state law (SB 12), is required.
