The Quinlan Bands use Charms to help keep up with student data, school inventory, student finances, music library data and uniforms. As a band student or band parent, you have access to your information online at www.charmsoffice.com.
 
If you get asked for a school code:
 
Enter "Fordhighband" or "ThompsonMSband"

Follow these easy instructions to gain access:

 

  • Login to your child’s program account using the following School Code: "Fordhighband" or "ThompsonMSband"

  • This will bring up the main parent page. When you enter your Student Area Password, another more detailed screen appears with even more options to view your student’s uniform assignments, financial records, forms and inventory.

  • Update Personal Information – You may help make changes to your child’s student information page (such as updating phone numbers and email addresses if they change) to help the teacher communicate with you more effectively. Click the Personal Info button.
