Bully Prevention: Recognizing and Taking Action to Prevent Bullying
When: Thursday, August 31, 2017, 6:00 – 7:00 PM
Where: PRIDE Academy Building, Room 3 – (Visitors side of the football field)
Why: To provide students and parents with information and awareness about the issue of bullying and bully prevention. To provide resources to help with bully prevention and to build a safer, better prepared community.
Who: This class is open to parents and their children across the Quinlan area. Parents are encouraged to bring their children.
Cost: FREE
Rewards: Certificate of completion. Knowledge and awareness gained to better protect your children and create a safer informed community.
Goal: Quinlan ISD is offering this program as a service to our community members who would like to learn more about ways to recognize and prevent bullying. This course will help parents and children develop a higher sense of awareness about the issue of bullying and provide some preventive measures to take to put a stop to bullying.
